購滿$350或以上免運費。每件包裹運費$15（不計大小、重量，C.O.D.費用並不包含在内）。本公司採用USPS 或UPS （已包含追蹤，保險，簽收服務），5至7個工作日出貨（具體時間因地區而異）。閣下可在綫查詢包裹狀況。
退換須知:
本公司只接受換貨服務。如若對貨品不滿意，請致電或email本公司，並于貨到 14日内原裝寄回公司。運費自負。

SHIPPING:
We provide free shipping on orders over $350; otherwise it's a $15 shipping fee. We ship within 5-7 business days with USPS or UPS shipping service, which includes tracking, insurance, and requires your signature upon receipt.
STANDARD EXCHANGE POLICY
- We accept exchanges only.
- You have 14 days to return your item(s) from the date you received it.
- You must send us an email regarding the return, and receive a response from us before mailing your return.
- Item(s) must be returned in its original sealed packaging
- We will then send you a different product of your choice of equal value to your returned item. (For example: If your returned item is $50, you will receive $50 worth of whichever item you choose)
- Non-refundable items include dried oysters, frozen foods, and canned goods.

You are not required to provide personal information as a condition of using our site, except as it may be necessary to provide you a service at your request. We collect personal data only when you provide it to us, through purchase orders, completion of forms of e-mails, as part of inquiries or request about the study in which you have chosen to provide the information to us.
